Copper Patina Magnet Board

Yes, this pretty magnet board began its life as a simple cookie sheet at the dollar store!

Now, after working some copper patina magic on it, I’ve got a sweet little Christmas display for some favorite vintage postcards!

I’m sharing the complete “how-to” over at Saved By Love Creations, where I’m guest-posting today! (A direct link is below)

Saved By Love Creations is run by Johnnie, an awesome gal who can craft everything from chandeliers made from cut wine bottles to wood furniture, to adorable little terrariums and stunning jewelry.

I’ve admired Johnnie and her blog for quite a few years, and you can read how she and I connected in the popular How to Make Handmade Bracelets post.

Happy crafting!

Great project Laura. I have some baking pans that have definitely seen better days. Featuring when my link party opens up tonight!

Thanks SO MUCH Carol! I can’t wait to hop over and join in. I really appreciate you including my magnet board among the features this week!

Pet Scribbles is where I share my craft tutorials, home and garden projects, and occasional stories about my cats. I can never have enough pretty craft paints to work with, and I love to make things look time-worn with distressing and aging. Gardening is my therapy!
