This one is my favorite for children, especially if they are feeling ostracized by the other kids in school: “Today you are You! That is truer than true! There is no one alive who is You-er than You!”

But it is suitable for us adults, too. Even we can sometimes feel as if we aren’t “good” enough. But we are. Just the way we are.

Gotta love Dr. Seuss!
