                        What are your business hours?

                        We are available Mondays through Fridays, morning, noon, and into the evening, on the East Coast of the United States.  


                        Lulu (our Chief Feline Officer!) strives to answer all e-mails within 24 business hours. She occasionally take cat naps during the day. Inquiries and e-mails received during the weekends (beginning Friday evenings) will be answered the following Monday.


                        Where can I purchase your cards?

                        Pet Scribbles is very proud to be carried in independently owned stores across the United States. When you purchase our cards at one of these stores, you are helping to support your local economy. Please see our list of Retail Locations to find a store near you.

                        Pet Scribbles cards can also be purchased at our online shop on Etsy. 


                        Do you accept wholesale orders?  

                        Yes!  If you are a retail brick-and-mortar store interested in placing a wholesale order, please complete our Wholesale Contact Form.

                        We will get back to you as soon as possible with complete information.


                        Will your cards sell well in my store?

                        While we can't - and won't! - make any guarantees on how well Pet Scribbles cards will sell for you, we can tell you this:

                        Our cards are best suited to stores and boutiques that carry quality handmade cards and gifts, where the owner appreciates the handmade aesthetic, and is proud to carry products handmade in America. 


                        Do you take individual custom design orders? 

                        Yes, we offer custom design orders for individual customers. 


                        In general, please keep in mind: 

                        Our designs are almost always created with a vintage flair. 

                        Pricing for custom orders includes design time, digital proofs, and the resulting handmade cards.

                        Past examples of custome orders that I've done include: custom personalized notecards, wedding thank-you cards, and breed-specific notecards to give as gifts. There is no minimum quantity required for these types of custom orders. Please contact me via my online shop on Etsy, or via email (address found at top of this page) for more info.


                        Is there a minimum order requirement for wholesale orders?

                        There is a $72 minimum requirement (equal to 36 cards) for all US opening orders, and a small $40 minimum reorder requirement (equal to 20 cards) for all US orders.

                        There is a $150 minimum order requirement for all international orders.

                        Cards are sold in quantities of 4.
                        Cards for holidays (Father's Day, Halloween, Christmas) are sold in quantities of 3.
                        Gift Tag packs (6 tags to a pack) are sold in quantities of 2.


                        What forms of payment do you accept?

                        We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  Debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted.  Stores can also request to have an order form sent to them (e-mail, mail, fax) to complete and return to us with a check or credit card.

                        Please note:  In the event of a bounced check, you will be responsible for paying a return check fee of $20.00.


                        How quickly will my order be mailed out?

                        Payment must clear before any orders are prepared for shipment.  If paying by check, please note there will be an additional delay in shipment until your check is processed and clears. 

                        ~~~ All Pet Scribbles cards are handmade to order. ~~~

                        Once payment is cleared, the following schedule applies:
                             
                        Wholesale orders within the United States: 

                        14 business days for most orders to be made. Priority Mail shipping (delivery within 2 days for most orders) commences once order is complete.

                        International wholesale orders: 

                        16 business days for most orders to be made. International Priority Mail shipping (delivery within 6 to 10 business days for most major markets) commences once order is complete.


                        What shipping service do you use?

                        United States orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, from the United States Postal Service.

                        International wholesale orders are shipped via International Priority Mail or via International Mail from the United States Postal Service. Shipping will be determined based on location.

                        What are your shipping and handling charges for US orders?


                        $40 to $80 Subtotal = $12.00 

                        $81 and up Subtotal = $16.00 


                        What are the international shipping costs?

                        There is a $150 order minimum for all international wholesale orders. International wholesale orders are shipped via International Priority Mail or via International Mail from the United States Postal Service. Shipping will be determined based on location.


                        Do you drop ship?

                        No, we do not offer drop shipping.


                        Do you do private labeling?

                        No, we do not offer private labeling.


                        What is your E-mail Privacy Policy?

                        We have created the following e-mail privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

                        Why did you receive an e-mail from us?

                        If you received a mailing from us,  you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

                        How we protect your privacy

                        Our webhost (Weebly.com) uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of data used by our system.

                        Sharing and Usage

                        We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

                        Spam or fraudulent e-mails

                        A type of spamming has arisen where you might receive an e-mail that appears to be from a legitimate company.  The e-mail usually will ask you to click on a link to verify your account, password, credit card number, social security number, or other such personal information.  The link will take you to a fake website, designed to look like a particular "real" company, and your personal information is then used for identity theft. This scam is also known as phishing. This scam is successful due to how well the fake sites copy the design and look of legitimate websites. Please note: Pet Scribbles will never ask for any personal information via e-mail.


                        What is your Return Policy?

                        Money-back guarantee if not fully satisfied with any element of the transaction, upon receipt of returned merchandise. We want you to enjoy sending our cards, and we want you to come back often, too. Your total satisfaction is important to us. 

                        Although we have never had to do this, we offer the following:

                        If you are not fully satisfied with any element of your purchase, we will refund your money, minus shipping and handling charges. Guaranteed. No questions asked...and only two requests:

                        1. The return of the cards you purchased.
                        2. A note letting us know what you didn't like and how we can improve.

                        You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
