What are your business hours?
We are available Mondays through Fridays, morning, noon, and into the evening, on the East Coast of the United States. Lulu, our Chief Feline Officer, strives to answer all e-mails within 24 business hours. She occasionally take naps during the day. Inquiries and e-mails received during the weekends (beginning Friday evenings) will be answered the following Monday.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and e-checks. Debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted. You can also print out the order form and mail it to us with your check or money order, to the address listed on the order form page.
What types of pets do your greeting cards feature?
Currently our cards feature cats and dogs. We may feature other pets in the future.

Yes. Pet Scribbles ships internationally to wholesale accounts (retail stores) as follows:
Canada and Mexico: $23.00 Flat Rate for USPS Global Priority Mail
All other countries: $37.00 Flat Rate for USPS Global Priority Mail
There is a $100 order minimum for all international wholesale orders.
What shipping service do you use?
United States orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service.
International wholesale orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service.
What are the shipping costs?
$0 to $15 Subtotal = $4.60 US Priority Mail
$16 to $25 Subtotal = $5.30 US Priority Mail
$26 to $50 Subtotal = $7.20 US Priority Mail
$51 to $100 Subtotal = $8.00 US Priority Mail
$101 to $150 Subtotal = $9.00 US Priority Mail
$151 to $199 Subtotal = $10.00 US Priority Mail
$200 and up = FREE SHIPPING!
How quickly will my order be mailed out?
Payment must clear before any orders are prepared for shipment. If paying by check, please note there will be an additional delay in shipment until your check is processed and clears.
Once payment is cleared, the following schedule applies:

Why can't I get into your Wholesale CATalog to place an order?
Our Wholesale CATalog is password-protected. If you have forgotten your password, please send an e-mail to lulu@petscribbles.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with your password.

Do you take custom design orders?
We do not offer custom design orders at this time.

What is your Return Policy?
Money-back guarantee if not fully satisfied with any element of the transaction, upon receipt of returned merchandise. We want you to enjoy sending our cards, and we want you to come back often, too. Your total satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with any element of your purchase, we will refund your money, minus shipping and handling charges. Guaranteed. No questions asked...and only two requests:
1. The return of the cards you purchased.
2. A note letting us know what you didn't like and how we can improve.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
